Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping depends on workload. All my products are made-to-order. Every item is individually cut and hand stitched.  All the products are made "from scratch" in Slovakia by my two hands and simple leathercraft tools (no sewing machines are used). I take great care in ensuring each item is finished to my own high standards and enduser' s satisfaction.

Since the there is only one man with only two hands in the workshop the creative process is a little longer. But the final products can stay with you for the rest of your life or maybe longer (of course in case of proper use). I think, some things are worth the wait.

Shipping

Domestic (Slovakia) - I use Slovak Post services and 4 Euro / 6 Eur for Czech republic is added on top of the price (for parcels up to 2 kg)

International (EU) - I am sending via Slovak Post and 15 Euro is added on top of the price. (for parcels up to 2 kg)

In case the parcel is more than 2 kg I always try to find the best way of transportation for the customer (after mutual discussion). Especially for countries outside Europe (e.g. Asia) where the postage can grow significantly. 

Delivery takes usually 7-10 days within EU, 15 -20 days to US, Canada and the rest of the international shippments are delivered up to 24 days.

Tracking reference can be be provided by email upon shippment.

Customs and taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.
